Unfortunately it is common knowledge that candidates fulfilling temporary contracts are often described in a derogatory manner. halo personnel want to put an end to this and begin a new trend whereby temporary workers are recognised for their amiability, attitude to work and the important job they do whilst on their assignments.
So we have devised a reward scheme that pays homage to those of you who do take temporary work seriously.
*only applicable for candidates on assignments lasting 4 weeks or more
At the end of each working week we will ask your line manager a series of questions relating to your commitment to the assignment. You will be scored on:
TIME KEEPING
ABSENTEEISM
ENTHUSIASM
WORK PRODUCED
PROFESSIONALISM
And scored as follows:
0 = POOR
1 = SATISFACTORY
5 = GOOD
10 = EXCELLENT
So at the end of each week you will receive a score, after 4 weeks of continued service you will have a total score and on this you will be rewarded as follows:
100-155 = £10 Voucher
160-200 = £20 Voucher
